THERE ARE A VARIETY OF WAYS YOU CAN HELP US
How are our programmes funded?
The programme is funded by a combination of central government funding and fundraising through grants, events and philanthropy. Currently the government (Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health and Oranga Tamariki/Ministry of Social Development) funds 73% of the $2.5 million it takes to run the Centre annually.
This leaves a shortfall of approximately $700K to fund through fundraising efforts.

Contribute to the Champion Foundation Trust:
We believe that every child, regardless of their ability, has the fundamental right to access the resources and support required to enable them to realise their full potential, physically, mentally and socially. A Capital Fundraising Campaign is underway to provide sustainability for our young Kiwis to help support them to become all they can be.
Income from this fund will allow the Centre to plan for moderate growth and long-term sustainability. This fund is managed prudently, with capital maintained, and interest used to supplement the operational funding of the core business operations of the Champion Centre.
