Lisa is the parent of a child who graduated from the Champion Centre in 2007. Originally, Lisa trained as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, working in both medical and industrial labs before moving into management roles. Currently she is the General Manager at Pegasus Health, where she has worked for over 10 years while also being a trustee for two not-for-profit organisations that provide mental health services.

Liz is a qualified accountant bringing extensive experience in financial and commercial roles across various sectors. Notably, she is currently the GM Finance and Commercial Support for Brackenridge Services Ltd (a Canterbury based disability support provider) and served as GM Finance, Information Services, and Payroll at Spectrum Care in Auckland for eight years prior to relocating from Auckland.

Andrew brings commercial leadership experience and a focus on long-term organisational sustainability, supported by time with Brakenridge and the Kilmarnock Trust. As a parent of two young boys under five, he is committed to strengthening organisations that support families and ensuring the Champion Centre can continue its vital work for future generations.
