Deb Nind

CEO

Deb Nind is the CEO of the Champion Centre, bringing extensive leadership experience across health and disability services in New Zealand. Originally from the UK, she moved to Aotearoa in 2003 and has held senior roles at CDHB, Nurse Maude, and Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust. With an MBA from the University of Canterbury, Deb is passionate about building high-performing teams and driving positive change for vulnerable communities through practical, values-driven leadership.

Beccy Creswick 

Service Delivery & Development Lead

Beccy has been a member of the Champion Centre whānau since 2010. Before joining the Champion Centre, Beccy gained valuable experience working as a specialist teacher for an early intervention service in Inner London, with a particular focus on the transition between early childhood and school. Since being at the Champion Centre, Beccy has worked as a Play Specialist, Early Intervention Teacher, and is currently a PACT practitioner. In 2024, Beccy became the Service Delivery and Development Lead, where she continues to support the work of the Champion Centre, and is excited to see what the future holds for the service.
